LG Development and Fulton Company's plans for apartment towers have been approved. LG Development have proposed a 20-story apartment building at 1150 W. Lake Street and a 33 story building across the street. The two buildings will have 665 new apartments and just under 300 parking spaces, with 133 affordable units on-site.
Fulton Company will be building a 34-story apartment tower with a ground floor retail space at 1201. W. Fulton Street. The new project will bring 433 apartments, a large outdoor plaza and 80 parking spaces. Similar to LG Development, Fulton will also provide 20 percent affordable apartments on-site.
